Mum and Dad's first night back in Singapore! Dad loves duck so we went to Min Jiang which is apparently serves the best duck in Singapore! We have to agree - it was excellent. The duck is cooked in a wood fired oven then carved at your table. They serve it the Bejing way which is skin first with sugar then the pancakes then the remainder minced and served in lettuce leaves!
